We aim to deliver the best possible customer experience and we therefore adhere to current legislation in addition to trade body guidelines. The conditions detailed below do not affect your statutory rights. Methods of Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Delta. If you are paying by Switch you will also need to include the card issue number or start date. Payment must be made prior to delivery unless prior arrangements have been agreed with Paddy and Scott’s Cafes Ltd.
The total cost of your order is the price of the products plus delivery charges, if they apply.
All orders with credit details are encrypted and emailed to us at Paddy and Scott’s Cafes Ltd. We will decrypt this email to obtain your credit card information which has to be approved by our credit card processing company prior to dispatch, so please ensure that the details you provide us with are correct. We cannot accept responsibility for an order being held back as a result of incorrect or invalid payment details being given.
In the unlikely event that your payment card is used fraudulently to make a purchase with Paddy and Scott’s Cafes Ltd you, the consumer, are entitled to cancel the said payment(s). If payment has already been made, you, the customer, are entitled, in accordance with the standing Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulation (2000), to a re-credit or to have all sums returned to you by the card issuer.
We aim to despatch all orders within two to five working days. During peak mail order periods (for instance, Christmas season), this timeframe may be extended slightly, although every effort will be made to despatch your order as soon as possible.
The Paddy and Scott’s online shop can only accept orders from within the United Kingdom, with a valid postcode. Due to high postage costs, this does not include Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands and the Orkney and Shetland Islands. However, Paddy and Scott’s Cafes Ltd is very happy to take orders from these destinations and elsewhere over the phone. Please call us on (lo-call rate) 0844 477 85 86 and we will happily take your order. Alternatively, note your order in the ‘contact us’ feedback form, together with your contact details, and someone will contact you with a despatch price.
Please note that due to bio-terrorism legislation introduced in the United States of America following September 11, it is no longer commercially viable for us to ship mail order coffees to this country. Please accept our apologies.
Where goods are unavailable, or out of stock, Paddy and Scott’s Cafes Ltd will advise customers appropriately through the online shop.
