Chris Thompson
The Bean Counter!

Chris is our Managing Director which means he’s the serious one, he loves spreadsheets, Labrador dogs and chocolate. He hates being late and only smiles when we have a positive bank balance (only joking Chris!) He likes fine wine and loves nothing better than trying to convince Scott to expand his palate beyond Oyster Bay Sauvignon Blanc...He’s married to the lovely Helen and father to James and Annabel.



 
 
Natalie Beckett
Jelly Bean!

Natalie is our lovely sales manager tasked with selling our stunning coffee machines, she also makes a mean cappuccino! Nat’s loves fashion and arguing with Chris about the best way to serve a Flat White...sorry Chris! Her boyfriend is Alistair, a great lad who runs Blythburgh Free Range Pork and also happens to be a 17 stone rugby player so be warned!

 


 
Mark Whitehead FCA
The Old Bean!

Mark is our financial Director who seems to talk a strange language that only Chris our MD understands. He’s one of those guys who’s constantly positive, motivating and genuinely thinks we really appreciate his colourful spreadsheets... He loves Rugby, is incredibly proud of his two son’s and lovely wife June.

 



 
Chrissie Parr
The Chocolate Bean!

Chrissie works with Mark in the accounts team and politely calls all our wonderful customers who forget to pay us and once rumoured to have said “I wish I had a pound for every time a cheque went missing in the post... ”but we don’t believe that as she is far too polite. Chrissie loves her dogs, supports Ipswich Town football club is married to Doug

 


Emma - Louise Thorrold
The Jumping Bean

Emma is the newest member of the Bean Team and handles all our incoming calls, she's constantly laughing and is often found humming to Radio 1 in the Roastery, much to Paddy's annoyance but we think that's just because he doesn't recognise any of the songs! She loves Lattes, swimming and squash and has a boyfriend who's a budding chef!
