Everyone is loving our coffee and we think we know why!! We created our hand roasted coffee in the beautiful village of Earl Soham in Suffolk and over six months were spent perfecting our blends with the view of producing not just the best quality coffee but one that was 100% suited to the time of day or occasion that it is being enjoyed.
Just to give you an idea of the process involved, every sample that we produced (and they ran into 100’s) we had to log the beans, their origin, their many flavours, the roast time, the temperature every minute of the roast; and we could go on. What we never noted though was the price of the beans; the quality was the only buying issue to us.
Paddy may be a dreamer, Scott can be moody, and Jessie the black Labrador has gone AWOL but when it comes to coffee production and distribution we have got it spot on.
